RECOVERY CAFE'

APDRecoveryCafe.jpg

Before Recovery, I did not know how to let my pain go. I was taught at an early age to keep all my secrets to myself. Never in my struggle with alcoholism did anyone in my family tell me it was ok to get rid of all my old baggage or lead me to God. They only were concern with me keeping the family secret which most of them struggled with even unto death.

Recovery opened my heart and my eyes. It lead me to God’s principles and his promises. His Grace and His Mercy. It reminded me of my Baptism. My Freedom In Christ. God’s Plan and His Purpose For My Life.

Recovery is a lifelong journey that through deliverance I am able to live the rest of my life Clean and Sober with a sound mind and a grateful heart. Sharing my testimony of healing, overcoming with Grace and extending my hand to others who struggle with addiction or mental illness feel the hope in order to seek the help they need is my lifelong mission and purpose while sharing the Good News Of Jesus.

I am now a Peer Recovery Coach and I help others who choose a Recovery program designed to guide them to recover on their own terms where God is always the center.

It's your story, you have the power to create your ending.
